Car Cardiac CareEngine Decarbonising – Oxy-Hydrogen Cleaning ProcessMahalasa Vaibhav, |
OXY-HYDROGEN CLEANING PROCESS is a preventive maintenance for vehicle’s engine to remove the sticky carbon formed during combustion. Sticky carbon causes performance & fuel efficiency losses, increase emission, noise, vibration, wear and tear etc. Oxy-hydrogen technology is a clean & non-harmful process which removes sticky carbon from combustion chamber & related parts using a very simple science – carbon is removed as CO2 and H2O in presence of Hydrogen and Oxygen.
Oxygen and hydrogen gas produced from pure drinking water are sucked in by the idling engine as per the engine requirement through the vacuum tube or air intake. After the process time as decided by the service person is over (Minimum of 20 minutes), the vehicle is turned off and the vacuum tube or air inlet is restored. After restoring, the vehicle is turned on again and is revved in up to 3000 RPM for 6 times with 4 seconds interval, during which the entire carbon deposit is ejected out through the exhaust. Then the car should be driven at a speed of 60 – 80 KMPH for some kilometres to know the change easily.
