This very extraordinary menu is curated by Chef Raju who flew from Sian restaurant\, Taj Chennai for the Sian Pan Asian Festival at The Gateway hotel Mangalore. The festival kick started on Friday the 16th and will go on till 25th of this month. \nWe tried some of the carefully picked dishes from the menu and each dish was matchless. Be it the Talumein soup\, Chicken mountain\, stir fried lotus stem in schezwan sauce\, we also tried the Mapo tofu with minced lamb ; a unique dish made with a combination of 3 Chinese sauces\, the Hakka noodles & burnt garlic rice were exceptionally good \, braised silken tofu with shiitaki mushrooms was also flavorful. The confined yet luscious mocktails & cocktails are a must try. Highly recommend the half moon for pineapple lovers. And don’t leave the place without trying the desserts! Our favorites were the date pancake & chocolate Spring roll. \nThe decor & music add a charm to the ambiance.
