A desserts-only food station called Pop Up is set up at Diesel Cafe since Sunday, 20th May, that is going to last all of 3 weeks. And just looking at the incredible menu is giving us a major sugar rush. There’s all manner of cake, chocolate, mousse – it’s sort of like if Willy Wonka had to whip up some desserts- but without the theatrical and shady purple three-piece.

Shriya Shetty from Pupkins Kitchen, who has received training by Michelin starred Chefs Gagan, and Mikkeller has collaborated with Diesel Cafe for treats to gluttonously gorge on and bring out a whole new culinary experience to the coastal city. The Pop Up features desserts like Go Mango Go, Pops Cone, Smashed Tres Leches(highly recommended), Pupkins signature dessert Nutella Supreme and an intriguing looking Elvis Presley-inspired dish called Death by Elvis.
