What the course offers:
Complete training in all kinds of pastry with a peek into the world of bread.
Course objective:
After completion of course, students will be able to be self-employed and start their own home bakery
Students will be provided with a toolkit, and all the study material required for the course.

About the instructor:
This course is conducted by Chef Shriya Shetty who has worked in some of the best kitchens in the world like Gaggan (World’s 7th best restaurant ,Bangkok ) ,MikellersBangkok , one street over Mumbai , and Ellipsis ,Mumbai . She started off as a Home baker herself and set up Pupkins in Mumbai at the age of 17, baking goodies from her small home kitchen in Mumbai. She is well aware of all the hurdles one faces while setting up a home bakery.
This course concentrates on perfecting techniques and gaining practical experience. Guest Lectures, market visits, demonstrations and theory combined, this course offers a great insight for the students in the world of pastry.
