Time given – 60 minutes\n3. Participants are expected to bring all the materials required – Terracota clay\, Paint\, Paint brush\, Glue\,\nSequins\, Mould\, Instruments for making the design etc.\n4. A parent/ guardian need to be present in the venue throughout the duration of the event.\n5. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence pertaining to the judging process will be\nreconsidered.\n6. The participants have to come 20 minutes before the event starts\nCooking without Fire\nThe contestants will have to prepare dishes from items that do not need cooking.\nRules:\n1. Age Group – 10 – 14 years\n2. Time given – 60 minutes\n3. Participants are required to bring their own cutlery and utensils\n4. Participants are required to bring all necessary ingredients for cooking\n5. Cleanliness and hygiene of the participants workspace has to be maintained at all time.\n6. Participants will be provided with water and a waste disposal bags.\n7. Pre-cooked items and ready mixes (such as Puliogare mix\, Bisibele Bath mix\, Dose batter etc.) are not\nallowed\n8. No form of alcohol or intoxicating ingredients are allowed for any kind of preparation\n9. There will be considerable negative marking if any precooked ingredient is found in the presented\ndish\n10. Only participants will be allowed inside the venue of the competition.\n11. Spectators will not be entertained inside the venue once the competition begins. \n12. Usage of mobile phones will not be entertained\n13. Electric appliances (hand mixers\, grinders\, microwaves\, blenders\, etc.) are not allowed\n14. No storage/refrigeration is provided\n15.
