The season of Indian harvest festivals is here, and Punjab da Pind invites you to celebrate Baisakhi with a gastronomical journey through the authentic flavours from the land of five rivers, Punjab. The all-day dining restaurant will feature an extravagant and sumptuous array of dishes on the 14th of April, Saturday as part of the Sikh new year celebrations, which usually coincides with Vishu in South India and Bihu in Assam.
The lavish spread features rich Punjabi cuisine; an amalgamation of favourite veg and non-veg dishes such as Tandoori Bhutta, Bhatti da Murg, Pindi channa, Chicken Saagwala, Sarson da sag with Makai Roti, Muli da paratha, jeera chawal, to name a few.
Also, savour luscious desserts like the coconut laddoos as well as Kesar pista Wali Lassi for a wholesome Punjabi experience.
