(Sarson da Saag and Makkai di Roti is an authentic traditional recipe from Punjab region. Sarson da Saag added with green chilly and tadka with Garlic & mustard oil, (Served with white butter/ jaggery/ ghee and Makai di Roti.)

GOSHT KA SALAAN
(Gosht ka salaan is a delicious spiced fiery red gravy of mutton (lamb meat) which is usually made traditionally in Punjabi style.)

DAHI WALI MACCHI

(Fresh Pomfret fish cooked in yoghurt, gram dal flour and Garlic Tadka in Punjabi kadi style)
